I would like to share one such experience rather expedition.                     It was early autumn days , just when the maple leaves are changing colors and the days start getting shorter. I came to know that there was the Total Solar eclipse across the US belt in 2017. Also Seattle was quite close to the path of totality with around 90% coverage visibility. The path of totality also included the pacific north west coast which was closeby to Seattle.                               Who could ever think that a toast could inspire to write a blog 😊 . It just happened to me 😆 . You can try for yourself.  On a rainy day, as the pitter patter of raindrops provides the background score  and a cool breeze providing the special effects, try to have a bite of a toast with slices of ripe mango..its just heaven 😇 .              Today it just lightened up my senses on an otherwise boring evening😎. In the midst of the COVID19 weather (lockdown, work from home, social distancing etc J ), I happened to come across some small yet interesting moments which kinda make me a bit thoughtful. As I take my evening breaks after the day’s work, I get to see the most amazing sunsets right from our terrace. I can see that all the kids are getting back to traditional ways of spending time and playing, which is quite a positive change. In my neighborhood, there are lot of kites flying high in the evening breeze . At times the winds are stronger as the monsoon is about to set in. It is indeed quite a view and mind can relax forgetting the stress.                         Imagine a forest surrounded by dark clouds and fog with the forest floor covered with moss and debris and lot of chaos all over. All of a sudden the dark clouds are cleared away revealing the azure sky with fluffy snow white clouds. The rays of sunlight lighting up the forest revealing the brilliant colors and amazing flora and fauna with an amazing background of light and shadows. All the chaos cleared and the forest being very still and calm bring lot of peace to the mind and soul.                         That’s exactly how it feels today.                         As I was thinking about writing this blog meant for International Women's day, it turned out to be MahaShivarathri and many a thoughts came around this concept.                        During Samudramanthan (Churning of the Ocean) to retrieve the unfathomable treasures to the world, the first thing to be extracted was Kalakuta( Vicious poison) which no one could ever survive against. Lord Shiva put himself forward and drank the poison to save the world from destruction. It still had the power to even affect the trimurthi’s.
